Welcome, and thank you for visiting Healing Space
I'm an Integrative Therapist with a heartfelt commitment to supporting individuals on their healing journeys. My path into therapy was shaped by personal adversity and the profound experience of finding healing myself. This transformation inspired me to help others navigate their own challenges with compassion, insight, and respect.
I began my therapeutic work in bereavement support, and later qualified as an Integrative Therapist, which enables me to draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively in the field of addiction and focused on childhood trauma during my degree studies.
More recently, I’ve supported traumatised Police Officers within a fast-paced therapeutic service—providing care to those exposed to chronic stress and trauma. These experiences have deepened my understanding of how resilience can grow even in the most difficult circumstances.
In addition to being a therapist, I am also an artist. What sets me apart is my deep appreciation for the role of creativity in emotional healing. I understand how powerful creative expression can be in restoring mental health, and I often bring this awareness into my work—whether directly or through fostering a space where clients feel free to explore their inner worlds in imaginative ways.
I believe that no one is beyond healing. Therapy offers a powerful space for growth, self-discovery, and emotional resilience. Whether you’re facing loss, trauma, addiction, or emotional overwhelm, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where we can work together at your pace
Specialisms:
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other in a safe, open, and non-judgmental space. I’ll ask some gentle questions to better understand your background, what’s brought you to therapy, and what you hope to gain from the process. We’ll explore your personal history, current challenges, and any previous experiences with therapy.
From there, I’ll begin to build a picture of how best to support you. As an integrative therapist, I tailor my approach to each individual—drawing on a range of therapeutic techniques to develop a plan that fits your unique needs and goals. This collaborative approach ensures that your therapy journey is grounded in what feels right for you
How I Work
My approach to therapy is relational, especially when working with trauma. I believe that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful source of healing. By creating a safe, trusting, and authentic connection, I support clients in exploring their experiences at a pace that feels right for them.
Therapy is a collaborative process—both you and I play active roles. I bring my training, experience, and insight, while you bring your lived experience and personal wisdom. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your story, identify patterns, and move toward lasting change.
The Initial Session
The first session will primarily focus on gathering information and establishing a foundation for the therapeutic journey ahead. It also provides an opportunity for you to assess whether I am a good fit for you, as it is essential to feel comfortable and confident in your therapeutic relationship.
Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about how counselling works, or to arrange an appointment. This enables us to discuss the reasons you are thinking of coming to counselling and whether I am the right therapist to help, for short and long term therapy.
I offer a free 15-minute online consultation to see if we are suited to each other.
I'm recognised by AXA Health, Allianz Worldwide Care, Vitality, Aviva and WPA.
Sessions are weekly and run for 50 minutes, fees start from £65 - £150.
I use bank transfer and can accept cash.
I provide a low-cost service to ensure that those who may not be able to afford the full fee still have access to the support they need. If you are able to pay the full rate, please know that your contribution helps make this service accessible to others. Thank you for your generosity and support.

A word from another client:
"Thank you so much for all the help and support you've given me over the past year and a half, Im honestly grateful for all the tools you have given me and everything I've learnt since we first started working together. Im sure there are many more lessons moving forward, I wouldn't have stayed in therapy this long if it wasn't for you. Thank you for encouraging me to do and be better, but also for the safe space to process everything and for the constant support."
